Job Description:
1、Assist the general manager to formulate the group's annual strategic development planning, business policies and assessment programmes, and do a good job of decomposition, implementation and implementation of the process of communication, coordination, control, assessment and feedback; to formulate the group's annual plan programme, and is responsible for the implementation, implementation, control, supervision and feedback;
2、According to the company's development strategy objectives, organise the preparation and implementation of human resources strategic planning and strategic management objectives, and continuously improve the human resources and administrative management system;
3, to ensure that the company's various human resources management system in line with relevant national and local policies and regulations, deal with the labour relations between the enterprise and the staff, the organization to resolve employee disputes and related legal affairs;
4、Develop the company's organisational structure and human resources framework, preside over the development of human resources, industrial relations, staff recruitment, introduction, training, assessment and allocation, staff deployment and other management work, and guide the construction of the company's talent ladder;
5、Responsible for the management and supervision of the company's day-to-day administrative work, including public reception, office supplies management, file management, vehicle management, logistics work, etc., as well as external public affairs follow-up;
6, organisation, coordination of the company's reception and preparation of related matters, to assist the general manager to do a good job in the reception of important guests, to follow up on external public relations, to maintain communication, and do a good job of maintenance;
7, in-depth understanding of the company's business needs, leading the establishment of an effective performance incentive mechanism, fully mobilise the enthusiasm and creativity of all staff.
Job Requirements:
Education: master's degree or above in human resources, management or related majors or 985/211 bachelor's degree;
Skills:
1, trained in strategic management, strategic human resource management, organisational change management, management capability development;
2, have a systematic understanding of the modern enterprise human resource management model and practical experience accumulation, all the functional modules of human resource management have a more in-depth understanding, able to know the work of each module;
3, with modern human resource management concepts and solid theoretical foundation;
4、Familiar with national, regional and enterprise laws and regulations and policies on contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance and welfare benefits, training and so on;
5, strong leadership, interpersonal skills, influence.
Experience: more than eight years of human resources management work experience in the medical device industry, more than three years of experience in the position of human resources director/manager of medium-sized companies.
