Job Description:

1、According to the company's development vision and strategic objectives, formulate, improve and implement the company's development strategic planning, overall planning and market layout of global device business sales, and lead innovation and change;

2, overall responsibility for the company's operations management, communication, coordination, and promote the departments to achieve the key indicators, monitoring, evaluation and regular reports to the Board of Directors on the operation;

3、Organise the establishment and implementation of the company's business workflow, standards, establish rules and regulations, systematically improve the company's management level, create an efficient organisational system, establish an excellent talent team, and create a good organisational environment and corporate culture;

4、Coordinate the management of the company's product lines and core customers, gatekeeper equipment and raw materials procurement, sales process of major projects such as negotiations, etc., the Taizhou branch of the budget, quality system, annual work tasks, personnel performance, etc. is responsible for;

5, the establishment of good communication channels: responsible for maintaining good communication with the chairman of the board of directors, regularly report to the chairman of the business strategy and plan implementation, the use of funds and profit and loss situation, institutions and personnel deployment and other major issues;.

6、Lead the establishment of smooth communication channels between the company and customers, suppliers, partners, higher authorities, government agencies, financial institutions, the media and other departments; lead the development of the company's social public relations activities to establish a good corporate image, leading the establishment of good communication channels within the company;

7、Preside over, promote the key management processes and regulations, timely optimisation and adjustment of organisations and processes, leading the creation of corporate culture, improve the corporate identity system, shaping and strengthening the company's values;

8、Preside over the daily operation of the group company:

(1) Responsible for the company's staff team building, selection of middle and senior management;

(2) Preside over the convening of the president's office meeting, make decisions on major matters, represent the company to participate in major business, foreign affairs or other important activities;

(3) responsible for signing daily administrative and business documents, responsible for dealing with the company's major emergencies, and timely report to the chairman of the board of directors, responsible for other important matters authorised by the chairman of the board of directors;

Job requirements:

Education: master's degree or above in management, economics, marketing and other related majors.

Skills:

1、Familiar with the knowledge of laws and regulations related to medical devices, domestic and international medical device sales policy, medical device market operation mode, the business of devices and consumables in various hospitals as well as the operation of major companies related to the industry;

2, good at team management, familiar with business management and enterprise operation and the workflow of each department; more than 10 years of work experience in the field of medical devices (enterprise executive experience + excellent sales performance), with good foresight and high-end decision-making ability;

3、Have a deeper understanding and ability to grasp the characteristics and laws of medical device sales, and be proficient in marketing methods in this field;

4, high sense of responsibility, excellent organisation, coordination, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills;

5, excellent planning ability, organisation and implementation ability, keen market insight and control ability.

Experience:

1, more than 10 years of CEO or GM experience in Class II and Class III medical device industry, with experience in investment and financing, R&D management;

2, experience in operation and management of key medical device projects.
