Vice President of Marketing

Job Description:

1、Responsible for the development of the company's medium and long-term marketing strategic planning, co-ordination of the marketing centre work objectives and annual work plan and cascade decomposition down;

2、Comprehensively co-ordinate the management of marketing centre, responsible for key indicators such as gross profit, total sales, market share and marketing expenses;

3、Responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of marketing management system, system, platform and standard workflow, committed to consolidate the marketing centre management foundation;

4、Responsible for improving the brand awareness, reputation and customer loyalty of Zhongke Microfilm through various marketing means, and is committed to enhancing the brand value of Zhongke Microfilm;

5、Committed to broadening the company's sales network, leading the development and maintenance of the company's agents (professional medical market), overseas and other channels;

6、Responsible for the development of Zhongke Microfilm product organisation strategy, participate in new product planning, lead market demand research and feasibility analysis, support R & D to do a good job in product development and upgrading;

7、Committed to improving the management level of the marketing centre management team, through talent allocation, development, incentives and other management measures to improve per capita effectiveness.    


Job requirements:

1、Educational background: Master's degree or above in marketing, medical testing, biotechnology, electronic information and other related majors or 985/211 bachelor's degree or above;

2、Age requirement: below 42 years old, especially excellent can be relaxed to below 48 years old;

3、Working experience: more than 10 years of experience in medical device or big health industry and other industries, more than 5 years of experience in senior marketing management positions; Fortune 500 or China's top 500 companies experience is preferred, with medical device industry or OTC market resources is preferred.

4、Working skills:

(1) With visionary strategic thinking and keen market insight, able to accurately grasp the industry and market development trend, and formulate medium and long-term marketing strategic planning;

(2) Be able to formulate short-term market, product, pricing, channel and brand strategies based on strategic planning and implement them effectively;

(3) Familiar with the management characteristics of pre-sales, sales and after-sales, good at channel development and management, able to integrate the industry and the market of high-end human resources;

(4) Professional traits of pursuing excellence, good sense of overall situation and organisational coordination ability, energetic, optimistic and open-minded, able to adapt to high-frequency business trips.
